M-Span Cool Room, Freezer and Dry Store Shelving

M-Span is Mantova’s flagship shelving system for temperature-controlled and dry storage environments. Its open-hole shelf surface promotes airflow around stored products and is designed for cool rooms, freezers and dry stores.

Available Sizes

Shelf widths: 310 mm, 460 mm, and 610 mm

Shelf lengths: 600, 750, 900, 1050, 1200, 1350, and 1500 mm

Standard tier configurations:

  • 3 tiers: 1200 mm high
  • 4 tiers: 1800 mm high
  • 5 tiers: 2000 mm high

Posts are available in 304 Grade Stainless Steel or Galvanised Steel. Both options carry a 12-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Choose stainless steel posts for environments with regular wet cleaning or sanitiser exposure; galvanised posts suit drier storage areas.

M-Span shelving is rated for use from -30°C to +90°C, making it suitable for blast freezers, standard cool rooms, and ambient dry stores within the same system.

Mantova states that the M-Span manufacturing process reduces the energy required to produce each shelf. All parts of the M-Span shelf are recyclable at end of life.

Real Tuff Shelving: Post Style Systems

Real Tuff is HACCP approved and uses removable moulded shelves with LIFE Antimicrobial Protection. Shelf widths are 300, 450, 525 and 600 mm, with lengths from 600 to 1800 mm. Shelves are rated to 250 kg evenly distributed per tier. Frames are available in stainless steel or ALL GAL galvanised finish, and all components carry a 12-month warranty.

Wire Shelving Options: Wall-Mounted and Post Style

Wire Grid Shelving

Wire grid shelving is HACCP Australia approved, making it a compliant choice for food service environments where hygiene audit requirements apply. The open grid construction allows air and liquid to pass through freely, reducing cleaning time and supporting cool room airflow.

Available widths: 300, 450, 525, and 600 mm

Finish options: Zinc with clear lacquer or polished stainless steel

Wire grid shelving is available in both post style (free-standing) and wall-mounted configurations.

Wire wall shelving fixes directly to wall surfaces, freeing floor space in compact cool rooms, preparation areas, and storage rooms. Contact Marko Stainless & Aluminium for bracket options and load ratings for wall-mounted configurations.

Top Track Compactus and Dunnage Shelving

Top Track Compactus Shelving

Top Track Compactus shelving uses a sliding track system to increase storage density in areas where floor space is limited. Bays slide along an overhead track, eliminating fixed aisles between every unit. This system is particularly suited to high-volume cool rooms and dry stores where maximising usable cubic space is a priority.

Project shelving provides a flexible post style configuration for commercial fitouts with non-standard dimensions or mixed product types. Contact Marko Stainless & Aluminium to discuss bay widths and tier spacing for project-specific applications.

Dunnage shelving is manufactured from 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.6 mm square tube and is designed for floor-level storage. Available lengths are 600, 750, 900, 1050, 1200, 1350, 1500, 1650 and 1800 mm. It helps keep stored products elevated from the floor.
